When I founded 360, I decided that these three principles should be the driving force of our growth, development and commitment to our Clients. As President and CEO, I am focused on delivering these underlying principles to ensure our clients receive an unmatched level of legal service support, technology, and compliance.
While those ideas are great goals that any company might aspire to achieve; I wanted 360 Legal to implement them in a way that ensures those high-level ideas are an integral part of our Client's experience with 360 Legal. Putting those principles into action required me to take the next step and outline a set of ideas that define 360 Legal as a company, which led to the development of “The Code”.
The Code consists of six tenants that everyone at 360 Legal will use to deliver services to our clients, interact with our suppliers and each other. Using The Code as our guide, 360 Legal will bring a different perspective to what you “normally” expect from a legal services vendor. Our goal is not to just be another SOP vendor! Using The Code, 360 Legal will drive innovation, process improvement and Client expectations so that we are or become a trusted vendor partner with your organization.
It is an exciting time at 360 Legal! I have some very ambitious and innovative things planned for 360 Legal. In the short time since our founding, we have already developed and implemented three new technology platforms: 360 TotalView; 360 THEIA, and 360 Integrate. Each of these innovations has already produced real results in time and cost savings for our clients.

He was instrumental in establishing the strategic direction of the company, capitalizing Blackford Technologies and focusing the company to increase revenue and profitability.

Provided senior management of sales, service, sales support, business development, investor solicitation, and web services functions for this $750M Internet payment processing company. Controlled an annual operating budget of $6M and a sales plan of $120M.
