Joe Osborne, Jr. is the Vice President of Legal Operations of 360 Legal, Inc. With more than 25 years in the default servicing industry, Joe is responsible for new business initiatives and the implementation of policies and procedures that bring the highest level of customer service to our clients. Joe brings leadership across all aspects of legal services, including process management, investigations, policy implementation and professional leadership.
Joe is a certified process server in the 12th Judicial Circuit, 13th Judicial Circuit, and has been a licensed private investigator in the state of Florida since 2000. Joe also currently serves on the Board of the Florida Association of Professional Process Servers (FAPPS) as Secretary.
Joe Osborne, Jr. was born and raised in Tampa, FL and graduated from Leto High School in 1988. Joe then received his Associates of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa in 1993. Joe is also a member of Shriners International and a supporter of the Shriners Hospital for Crippled and Burned Children.

He was instrumental in establishing the strategic direction of the company, capitalizing Blackford Technologies and focusing the company to increase revenue and profitability.

Provided senior management of sales, service, sales support, business development, investor solicitation, and web services functions for this $750M Internet payment processing company. Controlled an annual operating budget of $6M and a sales plan of $120M.
