Angela Heath - V.P. Investigation Services

As the Vice President, Ms. Heath is responsible for managing the day to day operations in the Tampa office and provides oversight to the Investigation and Data division.  With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage foreclosure industry, Ms. Heath has been on the forefront of skip tracing technology and simplifying the Affidavit of Due and Diligent Search to fit the foreclosure narrative.  She is a licensed Private Investigator and also holds an Investigative Agency license with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and  English from Belmont University.

Bill Newland - V.P. Business Development and Client Relations

As the Vice President of Business Development Mr. Newland brings more than 35 years of experience in the default servicing industry. Bill has been at the forefront of the mortgage default servicing industry's many changes. With his executive leadership and operational knowledge with mortgage servicers, attorney firms and vendor outsourcing, will add another layer of expertise to assist our clients in the default industry.As he has done throughout his career Bill will lead 360 Legal’s business development and Client Relations efforts.  Mr. Newland is a graduate of Valdosta State College.
